It turns out that waking up with an erection first thing in the morning is strongly correlated with high levels of testosterone in men. And since testosterone influences muscle mass, strength, bone formation, libido, and fat distribution, it’s worth paying attention to.

Adequate testosterone levels are important for women, too, though our method of diagnosis doesn’t apply.
