Rear-foot elevated split squats

Two days ago a student-athlete failed the rear-foot elevated split squat challenge with 65-lb. dumbbells. He said he wants to keep working on it while in-season.

Yesterday another male athlete failed the same challenge. He said it was unlikely he’d ever pass it. After all, he reasoned, he only weighs 150 lbs.

I can make all kinds of predictions about their futures now: who’s more likely to get divorced, have job success, be wealthy, and on and on.
