Getting to 60 lb split squats

It doesn’t seem complicated to me.

You start with 15’s. Then 20’s and 25’s.

Then 30’s, 35’s, and 40’s.

Soon you’re at 45’s, 50’s, and 55’s. And of course, the journey from 55’s to 60’s seems quite manageable.

You know exactly how to get to 60-lb split squats. The problem is that you don’t see yourself as the kind of person who can, so you don’t bother trying.

And so you go back to grooming your social media presence, or whatever.
