You could be the kind that abstains.
You could be the kind that only drinks socially.
You could be the kind that only drinks on Fridays.
You could be the kind that has a glass of wine with dinner.
Whatever kind of consumer you choose to be, choose intentionally. Good habits–whether they’re around health, finance, sports, relationships, or alcohol–give you freedom. As James Clear says, “The people who don’t have their habits handled are often the ones with the least amount of freedom.” (p. 46).
