If a person tells a joke and makes people laugh, even once, she can do it again.
The difference between the person who tells that joke, and someone who’s “funny”, is that the “funny” person tells many jokes. And the difference between a “funny” person, and a stand-up comedian, is that the stand-up comedian does her work behind a microphone, repeatedly, for an audience, seeking to do it better each time.
There is no such thing as “funniest”. There are different tastes in humor, more or less popular people, but no such thing as “funniest”. There is only practice and professionalism.
I hope you noticed that comedy is only a metaphor for whatever you seek to do.
