The meeting after the meeting

You know: your team has a meeting, and then you, being as smart as you are, gather some of your buds to have a meeting after the meeting. The meeting after the meeting is where you gather to say all the things you were too cowardly to say during the meeting.

The meeting after the meeting is a means toward confirmation bias and self-righteousness: you find people who think like you do in order to continue thinking the way you already do.

However, the meeting after the meeting is not grounded in Truth, or Grace, and has no place in a professional environment.
